Payments
We use trusted payment partners. The checkout page will always show the available methods and the final payable amount before you pay.
Payment methods
Depending on the product and customer location, checkout may support: UPI (Google Pay / PhonePe / BHIM), credit/debit cards, netbanking, and wallets. Payments are processed via trusted providers such as Razorpay / PayU / Paytm (India). For international customers on the future global domain, we may also support card processing and providers like PayPal/Stripe where applicable.
Receipts & confirmations
After successful payment, you receive an on-screen confirmation and an email receipt/confirmation (where email is provided). If payment succeeds but delivery is delayed, contact support and we’ll resolve it quickly.
Delivery & fulfilment
We sell digital services and deliver outputs electronically. No physical shipping.
Digital delivery
Outputs (e.g., subtitles/transcripts/files) are delivered via download link, dashboard access, or email—depending on the product flow. Typical delivery is instant or within the timeline shown at purchase.
Delivery issues
If you do not receive the promised digital output within the stated timeframe, contact us at founder@deepintellect-ai.com with your order/payment reference. We will re-deliver or refund per the policy below.
Refund & cancellation policy
Clear, fair refunds for digital services. Refunds (when approved) are routed back to the original payment method.
When refunds are approved
Eligible cases: (1) payment succeeded but service not delivered within the stated timeframe, (2) duplicate charge, (3) technical failure that prevents delivery, (4) accidental purchase reported quickly before delivery begins (where applicable).
How refunds work
To request a refund, email founder@deepintellect-ai.com with your payment reference and reason. If approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment instrument; banks/providers typically take a few business days to reflect it.
Non-refundable cases (digital)
Once a digital output is delivered and downloaded/consumed, refunds may not be possible except where required by law or in proven service failure. If you’re unhappy with quality, contact us—we’ll attempt a fix/re-delivery first.
Failed/charged but failed payments
If a transaction fails but your account is debited, it is typically reversed automatically by your bank/payment provider. If it doesn’t resolve in a few business days, contact your bank first, then us with details.
Note: Refund timelines vary by bank/payment method and typically reflect in 5–7 business days.

DeepIntellect AI provides (a) B2B applied-AI services and (b) digital products such as IndianSubtitles.com. We deliver digital outputs; no physical goods are shipped.
User responsibilities
You confirm you have rights to any content you upload/provide and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Limitations
Outputs are produced as-is based on provided inputs; accuracy can vary by audio quality and language complexity. Where feasible, we may offer re-delivery/corrections based on product rules.
Governing law
Unless otherwise agreed in a written SOW, disputes are governed by the laws of India and the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to deliver the service, keep it secure, and do not sell your personal data.
What we collect
Basic account/contact info (if you provide it), payment confirmation metadata (from payment partners), and service data needed to deliver outputs (e.g., uploaded media/text). Payment card details are handled by the payment processor—not stored on our servers.
How we use data
To deliver the service, prevent fraud/abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use customer content to train public models without explicit permission.
Retention & deletion
We retain data only as long as needed for delivery, support, and compliance. You can request deletion/export by emailing founder@deepintellect-ai.com.
